Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Bob: 6.1.5

Review of previous meeting minutes:

- Bob Ross moved to approve the July 24 minutes.
  Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to insert .ims file checks into contract appendix.
  - Done
- Mike LaBonte to insert .ibs file checks into contract appendix.
  - Done

IBISCHK6.1.5:
- Mike: The Open Forum authorized contact Atul about a new IBISCHK6.
- Bob: Atul said he can take on the job.
- Mike: Did anyone in the meeting ask for any bugs to be fixed soon?
- Bob: Arpad had asked for at least one bug to be fixed.
  - IBISCHK7 would be ready by the middle or end of next year.

- Bob showed a contract for development of IBISCHK6.1.5
- Bob: There are 8 bugs to fix. It might be a small project.
  - The delivery date might be Oct 21.
  - We should ask Jose what title to use for him.

AR: Bob Ross to ask Jose Godoy for his title.
AR: Bob Ross to send IBISCHK6.1.5 contract draft to Atul for quote.

IBISCHK7 parser development:
- Mike showed IBISCHK700_PARSER_CONTRACT_draft11.docx
- Bob: The .ims checks should go before .ibs checks.
- Mike made that change.
- Bob: This adds a new check that pins in the interconnect models match the component pins.

- Mike: This document is now complete.
  - We should we get an estimate for development of IBISCHK7 just ahead of ratification.
  - We can suspend review of it for now, but should give a final review before issuing it.

- Bob: We should have a ver7 known issue because we do not state that the
  [Interconnect Model] Param subparameter can appear multiple times.

AR: Mike LaBonte to send IBISCHK700_PARSER_CONTRACT_draft11.docx 

New IBISCHK bugs:
- No new bugs.
